Salah brings extensive recruitment experience and more than two decades of building and operating international recruitment businesses. He leads Gentium Group’s development across talent, cross-border employment and applied AI, with a practical focus on business needs and delivery.
Leads operations across the Gentium Group portfolio. Deep experience in international placement logistics, compliance, and client delivery, particularly in the GCC teacher placement market.
Runs the candidate-facing side of SA-Recruitment. Primary point of contact for teachers placing into international schools in the GCC and Australia. Trusted by schools and candidates over many years of placements.
